Subsea Vision to purchase a Seaeye
Marine TMS specifically adapted for the Hydro Power Industry. The
procurement of the TMS will enable our Falcon DR Plus to survey in
detail the steel and concrete linings within one of the high
pressure penstocks whilst the power station continues to generate
electricity.
Tailrace survey completed at a Scottish Hydro Power station,
total survey excursion from the ROV launch point was 950metres.
Subsea Vision's Falcon DR Plus ROV was utilised to complete the
project successfully within the allocated Station outage time.
Camera survey completed in flows of up to 4 metres per second within Welsh Hydro Power station.
Falcon 1204 hired out to ROV company based in Italy as 'stand alone'
unit for survey works in Venice.
Hydro Power station surveys completed in Scotland and Wales.
Net Marine DVR Inspector procured.
Falcon 1204 hired out to ROV company as 'stand alone' unit for
Ninian central.
Further 3 week operational and technical training course conducted
in Middle East in conjunction with ROV manufacturers

Falcon 1214 DR completes cable lay
support duties reaching depths of 370m and 200m excursions from
launch point, within Norwegian waters for Statoil.
3 year call off ROV service contract secured with Hydro Power
company. Successful trials completed to assess viability of
integrating an ROV system between the MIV and guide veins without
costly station outage time.
Subsea Vision procure 3rd Falcon
ROV for hiring as 'stand alone' unit.
Encouraging start to the year with work confirmed until spring 2006. Further projects
planned throughout the coming year.
Projects include supplying Falcon ROV
system to Italian ROV company and further Adit surveys for major
water authorities in the North and South of England. Our long
excursion
F2 Falcon ROV system will be utilised to complete surveys of
adits reaching 5.5 km. Longest single Adit excursion is estimated at
1.8 km
